1: 1 flexible support
We are working alongside KIDS to support and empower disabled young people and their families in Derbyshire. We are providing children and families with flexible 1:1 support across The High Peak & North Dales; Amber Valley; North East Derbyshire & Bolsover.
At present our support includes:
- Recruitment of PAs
- CRB checks
- Introductory training for PAs
- Supporting parents to train their PAs around the specific needs of their son or daughter
- Monthly supervision for PAs
- Networking events for young people, families and PAs
- Personalised Payroll Service
- Personalised Management of Individual Budgets
