ibk has worked with Ganton School to transform outcomes for students as they leave school and move into adult life.

Senior staff at school are co-ordinating a multi-agency approach to Personalised Transition. As we approach the end of the first year of this new way of working, all agencies are coming together to reflect on successes and what needs to be put in place to develop the work further.
